MOUSTACHE A/W11 Band of Outsiders RIP-OFFS?

I usually don't like to start trouble but I cannot deal with situations like this one here! This Hong Kong brand Moustache Fall/Winter 2011 collection has a complete rip-off of the Band of Outsiders Spring/Summer 2011 Collection Patchwork Chambray Jacket and even the other cord jacket look with the blue shirt and tie is a very obvious look from Band of Outsiders. I can't get with that at all!!!
