JASON BIGGS IN THIS IS NOT A POLO SHIRT SS11

I went to go see American Reunion the other day (it was pretty good actually for a goofy comedy movie if you like that sort of thing! Well I do so don't judge!) and at the last scene Jason Biggs was wearing one of my favorite THIS IS NOT A POLO SHIRT Polos from Spring/Summer 2011 Collection that actually sold really fast exclusively @ ShopBandofOutsiders.com for $150, I believe is what I paid for it. The prices have been fluctuating from $150-$170 for their polo shirts except for their LeRoy Grannis Polos which would have set you back $400 a piece. They were expensive but they were art pieces and I treated myself to two of them. I'm considering getting them framed. Anywho, this shirt was also featured in GQ last year actually months before it was released so I was already on the lookout for it. Sorry for the the amateur-ish picture from the actual theater but it works so fuggedaboutit!

DERRICK ROSE IN THIS IS NOT A POLO SHIRT POLO SS12

Derrick Rose from the Chicago Bulls is in the new GQ May 2012 Issue sporting a THIS IS NOT A POLO SHIRT Polo from their new Spring/Summer 2012 Collection in his team colors except the red here is a little on the coral side which is perfect in my book. I loved this shirt the minute that I saw it! I also dig the whole suit and polo look so he gets points for that too (even though a stylist chooses everything in these shoots I still would like to think that the all-star MVP Derek Rose did this on his own). Available now @thecorner.com for $195.

EASTER 2012

This is my Easter with my family from last Sunday! I wore an all Band of Outsiders outfit from the Baseball shirt that was not the one that I ordered but I kept it anyways because I liked the way it looked under the blazer. The shoes were the striped ones that sold out so quickly as soon as they were released and the DB Blazer that I love from Tres Bien Shop. The khakis were the classic chinos from Band that I had for a while now and wear all the time. I don't know what my sister was doing in the picture but she is normal. The rest is my mom, dad, sisters and nieces!

BOO Throwback Look of the Week!

Band head to toe, like I always am, at it's best from their Fall 2009 Collection (look 14). DB blazer with gold buttons white collared blue oxford a la Gordon Gekko with cool grey trousers and brown penny loafers. Nicely done!

MONSIEUR Magazine May/June 2012 Issue

It's no secret that Europeans are doing the prep thing so damn well out there, probably the best actually, but French magazine Monsieur is actually showing love to the Prep sensation that is happening throughout the world and showing respect for where it all started in the good ol' Northeast United States. I really like the illustration on their new cover especially the African American Prepster that is now being shown more respect these days but were absent in all the vintage Ivy League-inspired books from back in the days.

MY NAME IS EDWARD AND I AM A BANDAHOLIC

I just did a closet cleaning at my house recently and now my closet is officially all Band, well almost I couldn't get rid of my favorite J. Crew Gingham Shirts, Rugby and RRL Oxford Shirts! I am an official Bandaholic lol! I would like to challenge anyone out there to see if you have more pieces than I do because I've spent a pretty penny on this collection. My BOO Sperry collection is just as out of control.

BAND OF OUTSIDERS Aqua Oxford Shirt

I love this aqua BOO Oxford Shirt that I found on EBay and it is probably my favorite one from all the hundreds (no exaggeration!) of BOO shirts that I have. Here I am wearing it above while trying on a quilted/padded grey blazer from Moncler Gamme Bleu with my BOO Sperry Moccasin Boots in suede and RRL jeans topped off with a J. Crew Tweed Driving Cap.
