SUMMER 2012 BEGINS!

Happy Summer everyone and I hope my summer looks a lot like this!

BAND OF OUTSIDERS RED WAXED COTTON WINDBREAKER SS12

I just picked up this windbreaker the other day and I absolutely love the thing in a red waxed cotton so it has a luxurious look to it. The only thing is that the zipper is all red (shown above on Ed Ruscha) instead of white in this picture as well as the Saks picture too. I know a little detail like that is nothing to most people but to me it's a big deal but nonetheless I do love the jacket so I still kept it.

ANDREW GARFIELD IN BAND OF OUTSIDERS

Andrew Garfield was in head to toe Band for his new film The Amazing Spider Man premier in Madrid! He is no stranger to BOO because he was a model for the Fall/Winter 2010 collection. His outfit is so sick and I need those new BOO Sperrys in a classic brown leather (not sure what collection those are from as well as the suit)!

OUT ON THE HUDSON

Nothing new here just me in head to toe Band I actually took this look straight from their Spring/Summer 2012 Show in Pitti Uomo and I am not ashamed to admit that at all! I am at the waterfront on the Hudson River in Cornwall, New York which is the town that Whit Stillman grew up in. Who is Whit Stillman you might ask then I suggest you google him. For the cinephiles who know their stuff, know that Whit Stillman is a director who has inspired many in the prep community with his films especially Metropolitan. He just released a new film called Damsels in Distress recently. He also directed and wrote The Last Days of Disco and Barcelona.

DONALD GLOVER AKA CHILDISH GAMBINO IN BAND OF OUTSIDERS A/W 2010 PARKA

Actor/comedian/comedic writer for 30 Rock/rapper/singer/BOO model Donald Glover is wearing a Band of Outsiders Fall/Winter 2010 Grey Wool Parka that I actually own in this picture above used for the release of his newest song. It is not unusual to see him in BOO but his choice of pieces are usually very cool like this one here.
